Brief Description
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced E-Commerce Analyst to join our Trade Marketing department in Athens. This role is pivotal in driving the profitable and sustainable growth of our e-commerce business through engaging shopper activities across e-tailers & omni-channel retailers. As the E-Commerce Analyst, you will report directly to the Trade Marketing Manager Greece and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead efforts to increase e-commerce sales and market share across all online customer segments.
- Take charge of the annual agreement negotiations with e-tailers, to ensure successful implementation of business plans. Cultivate long-term customer engagement relationship with a value creation approach.
- Build strategic partnerships with omni-channel customers retailers to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, aligning them with shopper and brand priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Global Centre of Excellence on tools, processes, portfolio, content and search optimization.
- Work in coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Trade Marketing Teams to deploy the best content for e-commerce shoppers.
- On-line Store Fundamentals monitor & development across customers. Collect and manage online sales data & other e-commerce KPIs
- Optimize content and search placement on retailer websites and effectively utilize retailer digital media to support e-commerce shopper initiatives.
- Analyze e-commerce activities data to support decision-making and enhance effectiveness.
- Identify e-commerce trends and best practices to capitalize on further growth opportunities. Share best practices approaches with local & Global teams.
Your recipe for success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field, Engineering School, Finance or relevant field. Master is considered an asset
- Junior Graduates or up to 1 year experience in Sales, Marketing or E-commerce management, ideally in the consumer goods or retail industry
- IT literate (MS Office), experience in SAP would be a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strategic vision, ability to manage complex and multiple tasks
- Project management skills, “can do” attitude and strive for excellence, with ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communicational skills
- Fluency in Greek & Business English
Additional Information
- The role is based in our Athens office, Greece. We offer hybrid working as a mix of working remotely and from the office.
- Temporary assignmenet for 1 year
- The expected starting date is March 2025.
