Job Purpose
The
CSP and Brand Manager Ice Cream NOMAK (North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo)
and SEMNE (Serbia & Montenegro) will oversee the marketing and CSP management of the ice cream category in both NOMAK and SEMNE markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring the category has the best fitting and consistent marketing and customer marketing strategy for the long, mid, and short term. Additionally, is a hybrid role between CSP & Brand Manager and reports to the CSP & Marketing Leader EMEE.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate 3–5-year Brand roadmaps.
- Lead IBP process and brand marketing plan creation.
- Define innovation plan and launch plan to each market.
- Execute, evaluate & implement corrective actions; including rolling-out innovation, running brand campaigns and reviewing performance in all markets.
- Own Pricing Strategy
- Run 5S projects to harmonize portfolio across regions and define sourcing options.
- Responsible for planograms and visibility materials
- P&L ownership for NOMAK & SEMNE markets and active management of S&OP process and cycles.
- Running ICNow for TTL EMEE region.
- Run specific project for Bulgaria
What You Need To Succeed
- University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, will be considered as a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, CSP, Trade Marketing, Sales or related roles.
- Fluency in Greek & English.
