KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated
Group Assistant Brand Manager to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
KORRES is strengthening its global marketing team at the headquarters and hiring talented brand developers. Key areas of responsibility:
- Global Marketing Plan, including global brand strategy, annual marketing plans, innovation, advertising campaigns and activations
- New Product Development in close collaboration with cross-functional teams of Product Supply, R&D, and Procurement. New growth opportunities through monitoring of global trends and competition
- Communication and 360° Brand expression , creation of global campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, Trade Marketing, PR) and timely delivery of global toolkits
- Product assortment assessment and recommendations including innovations, relaunches, delists, hero products, as well as pricing and promo strategy
- Collaborate and support all international business units/markets
Candidate profile: A passionate, international, curious, modern and open-minded personality. An autonomous team-player with strong reasoning skills, creative thinking and a positive can-do attitude. Culture, accountability, and adaptability are essential skills.
Requirements
- Graduate and/or post Graduate Degrees in Marketing, Engineering, Sciences, Communications, Business Administration
- Up to 2 years experience in marketing, new product development, science, communications, digital. Preferred Industries: Beauty, communications, digital.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills. MS office user
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
