A growing company operating in the Gaming industry is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an Affiliate Manager for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s network of affiliates within US, Europe and the global South. This role focuses on establishing strong partnerships strategic partners, key opinion leaders, and traffic websites from A to Z. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expert Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the forex industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.
- Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including forex enthusiasts, influencers, and forex-school / courses, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.
- Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.
- Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.
- Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimise product offerings and attract qualified users.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilising this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalise on market gaps.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience in affiliate development within the Forex industry, and specifically in the US region
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
