Work Location: Athens
Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating shifts – includes night shifts paid as extra
Salary: 900€ gross month / Monthly Performance Bonus up to: 5% / Transportation Bonus 50€ per month
As a Greek Customer Support Consultant, you will provide warm and professional assistance to every customer and efficiently resolve any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities:
- Clarify any product-related information;
- Respond to inquiries and requests via chat and phone;
- Assist with matters such as: Payment, Refunds, Financing, Shipping, Delivery and Pickup, Returns, and Exchanges;
- Help resolve any issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- Good knowledge of English (min B2);
- Previous experience in customer support (optional).
