HR Assistant - Limassol
Job Title: HR Assistant Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, preparing reports, and coordinating schedules.
Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Support employee relations initiatives and help ensure compliance with company
policies and regulations. Coordinate training sessions and assist in developing employee development programs. Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees and management. Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in an HR role within the Forex industry. Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn and grow with the company. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
