We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Financial Performance and Payments Analyst with a strong financial and analytical background. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, Power Query, and complex formulas, alongside reconciliation expertise and experience in financial planning and performance analysis. You will play a critical role in optimizing payment processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and driving performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support payment operations and optimize performance.
• Reconcile payment transactions with precision, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VBA, Power Query, and complex formulas, to automate processes, streamline data handling, and improve efficiency.
• Support financial planning by analyzing performance metrics and preparing detailed financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payment workflows are efficient, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate payment systems, addressing operational bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Prepare and deliver financial dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.
• Maintain meticulous records of payment transactions, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.
• Support the integration and testing of new payment tools and systems as required.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in payment operations or financial analysis.
• Strong financial and analytical background with proven expertise in reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, Power Query, and advanced formulas for data modeling and automation.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with payment systems, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in the CFD & FX brokerage industry is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
