Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact point for Spanish-speaking customers, managing inquiries and providing comprehensive support
- Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and empathy
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate information to clients
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather valuable insights
- Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An interest in online media and familiarity with industry trends
