Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers in need of roadside assistance
- Assess client needs and efficiently coordinate the necessary assistance services
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the assistance process
- Work closely with service providers to ensure rapid and high-quality service delivery
- Document all customer interactions and service requests accurately for follow-up and reporting
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a support role is beneficial
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills focused on delivering excellent customer service
- Familiarity with automotive services or roadside assistance processes is an advantage
- Must be based in Greece and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
