Canaves Collection, a prestigious hospitality company in Greece, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter Coordinator to join our team. Canaves Collection owns and manages four luxury properties in the enchanting village of Oia, Santorini including Canaves Ena, Canaves Oia Suites & Spa, Sunday Suites, and Canaves Epitome. These properties have been internationally recognized for their exceptional service and are proud members of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
As a Porter Coordinator at Canaves Collection, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing outstanding guest service. You will be responsible for coordinating the work schedules and tasks of the porter team, providing guidance and support when needed. Additionally, you will oversee the handling of guest luggage and assist with guest arrivals and departures. Your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Greek and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
