Role Description
This is a front office agent role at One of One Hotel located in Imerovigli. As a front office agent, you will be responsible for receptionist duties, check-in procedures, front office tasks, customer service, and effective communication with guests. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
- Receptionist Duties, Check-in, and Front Office skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or related industry
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work night shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Previous use of PMS systems
