Job Description
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze complex problems, and develop effective solutions. Your technical expertise in SQL or Python, combined with your financial knowledge, will be essential in ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of loans, fund financing and accounting will be a valuable asset, as well as working within an Agile framework and practices.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving:
- Identify, analyze, and resolve business and technical problems.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively.
- Technical Skills:
- Write and maintain scripts in SQL or Python to extract, manipulate, analyze data, and create reports.
- Understand schema models and contribute to their design.
- Experience with analysis or projects involving identity and access management (AIM)
- Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Document business processes and technical specifications.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the product backlog.
Nice to have:
- Accounting and Financial Knowledge:
- Assist in the development of financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Utilize financial knowledge to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Loans and Fund Financing:
- Understand the principles of loans and fund financing.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis of loans and funds.
