Business Developer - Fiber and Tower Vertical.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Developer to spearhead our efforts in the Fiber and Cellular Tower vertical. This role will focus on developing business opportunities with companies specializing in fiber deployment and cellular tower management, as well as their subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients in the Fiber and Cellular Tower vertical with a focus on the European and US markets
- Develop sophisticated and complex business models to articulate the value proposition of our WNS solutions to clients
- Drive new business opportunities by transitioning from a presales mindset into a "hunter" sales approach, assuming the high-risk, high-reward dynamic inherent to successful sales roles
- Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging opportunities within this vertical market segment
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with technical capabilities and market trends
- Travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen partnerships
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of customer-facing work experience, preferably within presales or related functions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex business cases clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies targeting verticals with large potential markets
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced, high-stakes sales environment
- A proactive, self-driven attitude, with a strong focus on results and business development
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with fiber deployment companies and cellular tower management organizations, including their operational needs and market dynamics
- Experience in backhaul solutions, MW/mmW technologies, or similar technical fields
