What will you be doing?
We are looking for a diligent, experienced and committed person to join us in the role of "Personal Assistant" in the Office of the CEO and be part of our growing team. You will be supporting the office of the CEO ensuring the smooth day to day operation as well as assisting with organizational tasks, customer facing events and meetings, internal and external communications and other coordination needs as delegated. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief of Staff and the CEO and learn more about our industry and ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of previous professional experience in same or similar role
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Excellent writing and speaking skills at both Greek and English
- Agility in problem solving and taking initiative to ensure excellent outcomes
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Trustworthiness and maintain confidentiality
