We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow spreadsheets, organizing invoices, maintaining financial folders, and assisting with payment processes. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining up-to-date records.
Job Responsibilities:
· Update and maintain the company's cash flow spreadsheet, ensuring accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing payments.
· Process daily payments, wire transfers, and credit card transactions, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
· Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper cash management for payments.
· Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
· Communicate with the finance team on any financial or payment issues that arise.
· Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling, data entry, and handling correspondence related to financial transactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or finance-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in managing cash flow spreadsheets.
- Experience with invoice management and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is required.
