Ιnternational Business Development Specialist to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in key international markets.
- Collaborate with management and key departments to align export goals with the company's overall objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and assess market potential
- Build and manage relationships with distributors and partners
- Prepare and analyse forecasting trends and country procurement plan.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance in export markets, providing actionable insights
- Ensure adherence to export regulations and maintain communication with relevant authorities
- Prepare detailed reports for management, offering recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or export operations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek (knowledge of a third language is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience in retail and off-trade channels is an advantage
