Job Description
We are actively seeking to recruit a strong and motivated Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team at Skill On Net. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of regulatory affairs, product compliance, licensing for respective licensed jurisdictionsThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the online gambling industry, a strong background in compliance and regulatory matters, and exceptional project management skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and changes across jurisdictions in which the company operates or intends to operate.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for certain regulatory bodies (TBD), managing all communications and submissions.
- Being a named person for certain Key Functions as required by certain regulators
- Collaborate with product development and technology teams to ensure all products meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage the certification process/audits for products and services
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance-related issues.
- Manage compliance aspects required for new markets entries
- Coordinate with legal and regulatory advisors
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s; advanced degree preferred.
- At least two years experience working in a Compliance position in online gaming in the following markets. UK, Denmark, Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Sweden
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
