Job Description
- Responsible for providing legal counsel
- Responsible for conducting research, preparing legal documents and representing clients in court, and handling complex legal matters
- The role also involves collaborating with other legal professionals and clients to ensure effective legal solutions.
Your Profile
- 5+ year’s expertise in Legal Counselling, Research, and Document Preparation
- Proven 5+ year’s experience in Investment and Financial Law
- Experience in court Representation and Handling Complex Legal Matters
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proven knowledge of Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Immigration Law
- Bar admission and License to practice law in Cyprus
