The Role
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our rapidly growing workforce in Nicosia, Cyprus. The ideal candidate is an organized individual with an attention to detail and with a keen interest in fund operations. Relevant professional experience within the fund industry is a prerequisite for this medium tier role. Proficiency with the use of technology tools will be considered advantageous. The successful applicant will be expected to have a leading role in the Fund Depositary function of the Group and will be responsible for further growing the function, both in organisation and in business.

The Group provides financial and administration services to Organizations, Investment Funds, Pension Funds, Provident Funds, Insurance Companies and High Net Worth Individuals. Responsibilities
The Fund Depositary Senior Associate will contribute to the Team by performing the following:
- Lead the fund depositary function of the Group and actively provide information to prospects and existing clients about the Group’s fund depositary services;
- Maintain the operational capability of the Group to provide premium fund depositary services by sustaining the adequate organisational, regulatory and technology structures;
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the regulatory landscape and reporting obligations, in line with CySEC and AIFMD requirements;
- Prepare detailed Quarterly Reports with findings and suitable recommendations to the Group’s relevant control functions;
- Prepare presentations and contact prospect and existing clients;
- Any other ad-hoc activities not listed above as may occur.
Requirements
- Degree in finance, economics, law, or other related field.
- Work experience in a directly similar role of at least 3 years.
- Organizational and communication skills, ability to work within teams.
- Process driven and with an eye for detail.
- Computer and numerical literacy (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to manage time effectively and operate within deadlines.
- Ability to deliver results and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced and/or AML CySEC certificate is an advantage.
