Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading international company in the technology and telecommunications industry, is seeking to recruit an Administration Specialist to join their team in Nicosia.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and office management support to the management team as directed.
- Present a positive and professional image of the office to visitors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee dormitory operations
- Overview the cleaning staff to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide travel support to employees, coordinating travel arrangements efficiently.
- Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
- Coordinate courier services for documents and packages.
- Support relocation projects, staff moves, and meeting room management.
- Monitor and streamline administrative processes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage administrative contracts related to travel, cleaning, and office supplies.
- Assist with IT asset distribution and collaborate with business units and asset managers.
- Address employee complaints and concerns promptly.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team’s operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment, including finance and administration.
- Experience with office setup or construction is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Greek is required; Mandarin is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
