Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a recognized leader in the retail industry, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team in Nicosia.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for online and offline channels
- Manage online marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website management
- Lead offline marketing efforts, such as print ads, events, and promotions, to enhance brand presence locally
- Monitor market trends, conduct research, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts
- Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing management experience in a dynamic retail environment would be desirable
- Proficiency in online marketing tools, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
- Familiarity with traditional marketing channels and local consumer behaviour
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Greek)
