Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and acquire new clients.
- Analyze the payment solutions market, identify opportunities and competitors, and develop strategies to drive growth and expand the company’s market presence.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Tailor proposals to client needs and ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in selling financial products, payment solutions, or IT services (B2B) for at least 1 year.
- Experience working with banks, fintech companies, or retail is an advantage.
Professional Skills:
- Understanding the principles of payment systems, acquiring, online and offline payments.
- Strong negotiation skills with key clients and the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in preparing commercial proposals and managing the full sales cycle.
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of APIs, payment solution integration, or terminal equipment (preferred).
- Experience with CRM systems and analytical tools.
Personal Qualities:
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and focused on problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle large volumes of information.
- Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
Education and Languages:
- Higher education (Finance, Economics, IT, Marketing).
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (for working with international clients).
