Our team consists of seasoned Finance and Real Estate professionals dedicated in identifying opportunities aligned with the Company’s mission in the local market and beyond. We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Administrator to join our team.
Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, managing office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, and handling logistical needs to maintain an efficient and professional office environment.
- Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client data, transaction statuses, and follow-up tasks, ensuring seamless communication and effective tracking of leads and opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars.
- Prepare reports to track sales activities and performance and provide insights and feedback to the Head of Sales and Management.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, potential buyers, and other stakeholders, and assist in scheduling property showings and meetings, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team and operations.
Person Specification:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
- Fluency in both Greek and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology tools.
- Previous experience and knowledge of CRM systems (Estate Bud) will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Responsible, transparent, and highly organized.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and operate with minimal supervision.
