We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new potential clients and providing them with expert guidance on utilizing our solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and enhancing client satisfaction. Plus, you’ll enjoy attractive commissions based on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), giving you the opportunity to be rewarded for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Implementation - Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our products.
- Client Support - Provide clients with expert guidance and support on using our products, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience
- Handle Incoming Marketing Leads - Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into new clients.
- Identify New Opportunities - Research and identify new potential clients and business opportunities.
- Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client needs.
- Meet KPIs - Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Sales/Customer Support Experience - Proven experience in sales or customer support across any industry.
- Communication Skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-Driven - Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaboration - Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Languages - Native proficiency in English or Russian.
