We are looking for a detail-oriented
Procurement Assistant to join our team, providing essential support in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive attitude in assisting with procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently create purchase orders and other procurement-related documents
- Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
- Maintain and organize procurement records, databases, and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities
- Assist the finance team with vendor and supplier payments
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, ensuring smooth operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in procurement, supply chain, or customer service.
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and ERP software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and tools as required.
