As a CRM Executive, you will design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns specifically aimed at engaging players in Norway and Finland. This role requires a deep understanding of the cultural nuances of these markets to deliver highly personalized, effective communication strategies. You will work closely with other members of the CRM, marketing, and localization teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute localized CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications.
- Player Segmentation: Analyze customer behavior and segment audiences to deliver personalized messages that resonate with Norwegian and Finnish players.
- Content Localization: Collaborate with content teams to localize marketing materials and ensure messaging is culturally relevant and impactful.
- Campaign Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure all campaigns are error-free and optimized for maximum engagement.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Retention and Engagement: Focus on retention strategies and lifecycle management, aiming to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, customer support, and product teams to align on brand standards and ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and player preferences in Norway and Finland to refine and enhance CRM strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native or fluent in Norwegian or Finnish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in CRM or marketing roles, preferably within the gambling or online gaming industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Symplify, Salesforce, or similar systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Experience in the Norwegian and Finnish markets is highly desirable, with a good understanding of player behaviors and preferences in these regions.
