Your Role:
- Execute client withdrawals and service payments promptly and accurately.
- Perform daily reconciliations of payment providers and bank settlements, addressing any discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
- Communicate with banks and third-party payment providers to facilitate seamless payment processing and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, ensuring all payment processes meet compliance standards.
- Keep detailed records of all transactions, ensuring data integrity and availability for audits.
- Work closely with finance, HR, and other relevant departments to coordinate payment schedules and address any payment-related inquiries.
- Oversee the functionality of payment systems, promptly reporting and assisting in resolving any technical issues.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment processing or a similar role within the Forex or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in payment processing systems and accounting software; strong Excel skills are essential.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing financial transactions.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in payment processes efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with financial institutions and internal teams.
- Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards in the Forex industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve payment issues promptly.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding financial and personal information.
