Position Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Lead & Client Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent while managing a team of recruiters. You will develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and processes, ensuring the company meets its staffing needs across various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team responsible for meeting the staffing needs of various departments
- Communication with the top management of the companies - clients regarding HR issues: Recruitment
- (Temporary and Permanent), Outsourcing
- Submission of proposals, negotiation and deal with the clients
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-level, and graduate hiring
- Coach and develop the recruitment team to improve customer focus, recruiting skills, and goal achievement
- Establish and promote consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Collaborate with internal leaders and external clients to assess ongoing hiring requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles
- Partner with external recruitment providers as needed to meet hiring demands
- Define and drive team goals, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity initiatives, and candidate/manager satisfaction metrics
- Regularly provide updates and reports to senior management on hiring progress and outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Leadership position or similar HR role
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and employer branding strategies
- Proficiency in diverse candidate assessment methods (e.g., interviews, assignments, psychological testing)
- Hands-on experience with job posting on social media platforms and job boards
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment marketing tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- A sense of ownership, with a strong focus on the impact of your performance on company success
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal).
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
