We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join our team!
What will you be doing?
- Monitoring compliance of the Marketing function and of the affiliation program
- Ongoing monitoring and oversight of regulatory development relevant to the activities of eToro EU in Cyprus
- Assist with Reporting to CySEC and other EU Regulators
- Monitoring and oversight of regulatory developments
- Regular monitoring of the implemented procedures, reports, identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
- Compliance monitoring program (EU): regular review of all company operations, in line with the regulatory guidelines and audit findings
- Ensuring the company has appropriate structure and governance, of which CySec is notified
- Maintain and monitor the compliance monitoring program
- Handling and supervising the reporting obligations
- Assisting with compliance resolutions with regulatory authorities
- Oversight of marketing and operation related tasks
- Cooperation with the Product and operation teams to ensure the Compliance function has the necessary reports required for ongoing monitoring of the procedures already set in place.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve compliance issues
- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future compliance failures
Requirements
- Academic Degree – Compliance, Finance or Legal
- 3-5 years working experience in a compliance role
- Knowledge and experience with relevant marketing regulations, MIFID II legislation & CySEC regulations
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Open to creative solutions & business innovation; a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
