Position: Business Development Manager for PSP (Forex Market)
Role Overview
As a BDM, you will play a critical role in driving the company's expansion into the Forex market. You will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic payment partnerships tailored to Forex market needs, ensuring long-term value and seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full lifecycle of payment partnerships, including:
- Conducting initial market analysis to identify potential partners.
- Establishing contact and building relationships with prospective partners
- Evaluating partnership terms and assessing their value for the client.
- Leading negotiations, contract signing, and integration management.
- Monitoring partner performance, conducting term reviews, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new payment partnerships aligned with the company’s expansion into the Forex market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency with new partners.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of payment solutions and the Forex market to guide strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building visibility and networking with potential partners.
Ideal Candidate: - Experience:
- At least 2 years in business development, or partnership management roles in PSP.
- Proven expertise in the Forex industry or payment solutions.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Russian.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the payment processing ecosystem, with a focus on PSPs serving the Forex market.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel to industry events and conferences as needed.
