Job Description:
- Develop, edit, and proofread original, informative and engaging copy for multiple platforms, channels, and objectives including website, blogs, social media, ads, Landing Pages, emails, and more.
- Write short and concise copy that is optimised for search engines and follows the best SEO practices.
- Ensure copy aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
- Tailor copy to specific audience segments, understanding the unique needs and motivations of each group to maximise engagement and conversions.
- Manage and keep track of copy-driven projects across different teams, ensuring seamless cooperation and completion of tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and developers to produce top-quality copy.
- Monitor project progress and deadlines while showcasing strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Create and edit on-demand copy when needed.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism or any other related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in writing copy and proofreading, preferably in the financial services or forex industry
- Strong knowledge of financial services, particularly Forex.
- Creativity, thinking outside the box and being up to date with the latest digital and marketing trends are essential.
- At least two years of experience in writing copy and proofreading, preferably in the financial services or Forex industry.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media and website content structure.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience with task management tools like Jira, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and general computer literacy.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality copy.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
