Job Title: Back Office Support Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and possess strong skills in Excel and office applications. This role involves managing transaction tracking, approving requests, following up on Risk Reviews (RR), and providing Know Your Customer (KYC) support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management:
- Track and manage transactions post-processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Approve and process transactions in accordance with company policies.
- PSP Coordination:
- Liaise with Payment Service Providers to resolve any issues related to transactions and service delivery.
- Excel Reporting:
- Generate and maintain detailed reports using Excel, analyzing transaction data for trends and discrepancies.
- Create and monitor dashboards to provide insights into transaction processing and support functions.
- Risk Review Follow-Up:
- Conduct follow-ups on pending Risk Reviews and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- KYC Support:
- Support KYC processes by reviewing customer documentation and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize Office and Adobe applications for report preparation, documentation, and communication.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in back office support in the forex industry, particularly with PSPs.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Adobe applications for creating professional documents and presentations.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
