Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a Product Development Assistant to join their team in Nicosia, Cyprus.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving products into the company, researching innovative products for introduction, and directly communicating with the company’s suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare necessary information for the Product Manager to identify new and innovative products
- Maintain digital files for each supplier, including all necessary details in compliance with GDPR legislation – Supplier Mapping
- Create product codes in the system
- Communicate with stores, providing updates on new product offerings, and liaise with suppliers
- Archive electronic contracts, supplier correspondence, and monitor progress
- Create tracking files for payment terms and Year-End Bonuses for each supplier
- Develop promotional materials with the assistance of the Product Manager and send to stores
- Provide marketing materials to the Marketing Department for the creation of promotional content to boost product visibility
- Participate in product training for stores in collaboration with the HR Department
- Organize and lead training events, either independently or under the guidance of the Product Manager, involving supplier participation in stores
- Attend management meetings and supplier meetings, taking minutes
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the Product Manager
Required Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of ERP software systems will be considered an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
