The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated, full-time
Social Media Manager (Greek-speaking) with a creative mindset, a passion for iGaming and a flair for crafting & promoting top-notch content. In this role, you will produce, curate and handle engaging content across our various social media channels (such as YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other community platforms), while being responsible for our overall social media presence.
Τhis is how your day as a Social Media Manager will look like. You will...
- Develop, modify and distribute inspirational and compelling content for our social media platforms
- Manage online communities on Facebook, Instagram and other applicable social media platforms.
- Optimize content strategies by conducting frequent trend, platform, market and competitor research.
- Gather & monitor key metrics, generate reports and enhance social media performance by implementing insights gained from social media analytics.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members across different departments.
- Stay updated with the latest iGaming & betting trends and research best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
- Prioritize and schedule time-sensitive work effectively, anticipating potential issues
Requirements
What We're Looking for - The ideal candidate will:
- Be a Native Greek speaker (required), with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have 2+ years of relevant professional experience as a Social Media Manager (required), ideally within the iGaming sector or similar affiliate business
- Have impeccable multi-project & time-management skills, as well as the ability to follow tight deadlines/deliver quality work on schedule (required)
- Have a strong knowledge of the iGaming sector & be up-to-date with current Sportsbook & Casino affiliation trends, social media, and technologies
- Be able to monitor competition and display an innate understanding of the industry
- Have a solid understanding of users' characteristics & a keen eye for detail
- Display fresh conceptual thinking and embrace new challenges. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven and results-oriented colleague with a can-do attitude
