We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our T1 Technical Customer Support team and be the first point of contact for the customer’s queries and technical issues.
Requirements:
- High level of proficiency in the English language is a must
- 1+ years’ experience in customer support with online B2B companies
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail; accurate and efficient with data entry
- Devoted to providing excellent customer care
- Ability and eagerness to learn new systems, tools and processes
- Customer Support soft skills
- Prior experience working at a help desk and basic IT knowledge
- Ability to work shifts
Duties:
- Monitor, research and resolve Technical issues in a timely manner while efficiently responding to requests via ticketing system, Skype, Slack, email and phone
- Dispatch and coordinate with the company’s relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
- Gather the customer's information and determine the technical issue by analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem while transferring comprehensive and intuitive steps to reproduce to various teams
- Keep up to date with our evolving technology and be proactive in resolving issues
- Take initiative in improving the team, improving the customer experience and your skill set
