We are seeking a passionate, results-driven, and experienced Global CRM Executive to lead our organic search strategy and execution across licensed markets. Your expertise will ensure we remain ahead in an ever-evolving landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver CRM activities across group brands, including email and direct mail campaigns.
- Write copy for customer communications in the native language, including emails and landing pages.
- Proofread campaign materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Set up bonuses using back-office tools.
- Ensure all activities align with brand guidelines, follow best practices, and comply with relevant legislation.
- Prepare informational landing pages and design customer journey experiences.
- Manage workloads effectively with minimal supervision.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization, track campaign results, and report performance regularly.
- Perform QA and error checks for communication setups, CRM promotions, and product-specific promotions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Proven experience in actively using and optimizing CRM techniques, including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM channels, such as email, SMS, and web push.
