Medier Marketing Agency is looking for a passionate and results-driven CRM Manager for Romania to join our growing team! This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in driving customer engagement and retention in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel CRM strategies through a data-driven approach to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor and optimize CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve the overall customer experience.
- Analyze customer behaviors and assess their impact on key business KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Segment customers based on behaviors to design tailored offers and create effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing performance, revenue, and retention.
- Monitor competitor activities to ensure our brands adopt best practices and remain competitive.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotions and offers that align with overarching business objectives.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Romanian.
- Proven experience in CRM management.
- General understanding and knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Analytical and technical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Results-driven approach, focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- High-level proficiency in English or native-level English skills.
