About the Role❇️
You'll manage, support, and innovate our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional support. With your resourceful troubleshooting skills, proactive mindset, and commitment to excellence, you'll drive our success. Join us and make a significant impact while growing with us. 🔑Key responsibilities:
• Technical Support: Provide professional and responsive support to both local and remote employees.
• System Management: Install, configure, support, back-up, and maintain computer hardware, software, servers, networks, printers, and IT peripherals.
• User Management: Set up accounts for new users and assist current employees with computer issues.
• Equipment Maintenance: Repair and replace equipment as needed.
• Technology Testing: Test new technologies to ensure they meet the company’s needs.
• Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
• Documentation: Meticulously document IT procedures and processes.
• User Onboarding/Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
• Shift Work: Availability for shift work as required.
🎯Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience: IT service delivery experience preferred, but we welcome graduates with a solid understanding across a broad range of technical areas and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail/Outlook.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong ability to provide excellent support and service to users.
• Problem-Solving: Able to quickly identify and resolve basic issues, ensuring minimal disruption and user satisfaction.
• Time Management: Capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing pressure effectively.
• Task Prioritisation: Strong attention to detail with efficient task prioritisation skills.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing self-development and learning.
