ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of CRP Security Systems by:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust through exceptional service and communication.
- Manage client accounts to nurture long-term partnerships and address any concerns or needs.
- Create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote the company’s services.
- Forge connections with key players in the security and related industries to open avenues for growth and collaboration.
- Create and implement sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote CRP Security Systems and its offerings.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security systems or technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in digital marketing, including campaign creation and execution. (optional)
- Strategic thinking and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Excellent English and Greek Language
- Russian and Hebrew languages (optional)
- Candidate must be able to work in Cyprus without the need for VISA
