Middle AQA Backend, Limassol, Cyprus
If you are passionate by AQA and manual testing processes, and eager to dive into the depths of the world of testing, a rapidly expanding start up in the sector of iGaming solutions, is looking to expand its team and is looking for a Middle level AQA Backend developer for its offices in Limassol, to work either locally or remotely.
Key responsibilities:
l Backend Automation Framework Development using Pytest
l API and Backend Test Automation & Manual Testing with tools like Postman, DBeaver and Pytest for automation
l Prepare documentation and report using Allure
l Implement automated testing CI/CD pipelines
l Ensure thorough integration testing between microservices and third-party systems
l Work closely with backend developers, security engineers and production team to define
the test strategies, while aiming to increase the quality of the final product
l Carry out performance and load testing
Who are we looking for? Someone with:
l A BSc in Computer Science Engineering
l At least 3 years of working experience in the field of automation and manual testing for backend systems and integrations, preferably in a small team environment
l Previous experience in testing microservices and event-driven architectures will be considered a strong advantage
l Strong experience in backend testing methodologies (API/ integration testing and database validation), Pytest, Allure and integrating backend automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins/ GitLab)
l Ability to adapt to changes and prioritize tasks
l Strong attention to detail and accountability
l Fluent level of Russian, and English of B2 level and above
