Role Scope
If you have a passion working in a customer facing role, identifying client needs and providing solutions towards technological efficiencies, then this role might be for you. You will get the chance to work with top tier clients across a range of sectors, providing high quality consulting services. You will be working with other Consultants and Developers on different implementation levels within a collaborative problem solving environment.
Responsibilities
- Deploy or optimize clients’ Salesforce application (pre-sales demonstration, demonstration of key capabilities and features, project implementation activities, deployment best practices, hands-on configuration and proving support on Salesforce deployments).
- Creation and execution of change sets
- Work closely with the client’s Project Manager and internal teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Continuous follow-up, learning and use of Salesforce’s evolutions and best practices
- Provide support to clients and internal resources, consistently meeting/exceeding goals and objectives
- Deliver high client satisfaction
- Positively impact client renewals
- Continued professional growth and development
Qualifications
- University / College graduate in Business or Information Technology related field
- At least 2 year prior Salesforce administration and/or implementation and/or configuration experience with any of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Property Base
- Knowledge/Experience in any of the following Salesforce skills will be considered as an advantage: designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
- Salesforce Certification will be considered an advantage
- Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
- Ability to identify the areas requiring scripting through excellent knowledge of Salesforce modules and features, applying coding solutions only when absolutely required
- Ability to understand and transform business requirements into software
- Efficient gathering and analyzing requirements, and delivering solutions that are flexible and adaptable to client's needs
- Cutting edge innovator who continually follows-up new technologies and functionality and is involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies and making use of new ones.

Role
Highly beneficial to have any Salesforce product certifications prior to joining. It is expected that you will gain the following certifications as part of the role requirement and on-boarding process in the first year of employment:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
