We are looking for a 2D Motion Designer (Middle/Senior) to join Brainsome. Brainsome is a Cyprus-based company that has been operating in the U.S. market since 2014.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create 2D motion creatives for advertising campaigns on Facebook and TikTok platforms
- Develop innovative concepts and ideas for advertising materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback and optimize approaches
- Prepare and manage statistics for advertising campaigns
Your Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer
- Experience as a Motion Designer in Affiliate Marketing or GameDev
- Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate)
- Experience creating advertising creatives for Facebook and TikTok
- Deep understanding of basic design principles: composition, typography, color theory, etc.
- Knowledge of technical requirements for advertising creatives across different platforms
- Understanding of trends and current practices for creatives on Facebook and TikTok
- English level: B2 and above
An advantage will be:
- Experience working with 3D tools (Blender, Unreal Engine)
- Experience working with Figma
- Experience using AI tools in design
- Experience in the financial and services verticals
