is looking for an IT Support Manager.
About our client:
Our client is the authorized distributor (international company) for products and
services in Cyprus. They offer a comprehensive range of solutions, including
printers, copiers, and software, supporting businesses of all sizes. They have a
strong internal IT infrastructure (Cisco, Active Directory, Domain Server, synology)
and a busy copy center featuring high-volume production printers with Fiery
controllers.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Manager.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise in IT support and hands-on
experience with printer equipment.
The candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to both internal and
external clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and their
solutions.
Responsibilities:
Internal IT Support: Provide first and second-level support for our internal
IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting network issues, Active Directory
management, and resolving problems with Cisco devices.
Support: Provide technical support to external clients regarding
photocopier maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. (Network
Connectivity, Network printing/Scanning/Email, etc)
Software Installation & Support: Install and support Workplace Suite and
YSoft solutions for both internal and external clients.
Copy Center Support: Maintain and troubleshoot our production printers
(including Fiery controllers) in our copy center, ensuring optimal
performance.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing
timely and efficient support. Document support requests and resolutions.
Proactive Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on Xerox
equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
Experience with Active Directory and Cisco networking equipment is a
plus.
Familiarity with Workplace Suite and YSoft solutions is highly desirable.
Experience with Fiery controllers for production printers is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Remuneration - Benefits:
Salary 1800€ – 2.200€
