We are looking for a Head of Web3 to lead our new exciting initiative and bring our vision to life.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Web3 Engineering, you will take a hands-on role in building and deploying our token, ensuring its seamless integration across platforms. Your primary focus will be on the technical implementation, creating a scalable and secure ecosystem that supports user engagement and aligns with business goals. Once the token is launched, you will collaborate with other teams to drive its adoption and utility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and deploy a blockchain-based token from the ground up.
- Design and implement tokenomics to ensure scalability, security, and user incentives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Integrate the token into existing platforms, enabling seamless functionality for users.
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability with other blockchain ecosystems.
- Work on smart contract development and deployment to manage token features and rewards.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable systems for token management.
- Perform rigorous testing and audits to ensure the integrity and security of blockchain components.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop use cases and promote token adoption.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the launch phase and post-launch growth.
- Build and mentor a small, agile Web3 development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Deep experience in blockchain development, with a strong focus on smart contracts and decentralized applications.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or similar.
- Solid understanding of blockchain protocols like Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying token ecosystems.
- 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technology.
- Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end blockchain projects, including token launches.
- Familiarity with iGaming or related industries is a plus.
- Experience managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution.
