Job Position
Quantity Surveyor
Role and Responsibilities
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the MD and the Senior Quantity Surveyors to support the growth of the business.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a wide variety of interesting schemes across sectors including Commercial, Education, Hospitality and Residential projects of the company.
· Support in Project Initialization, Procurement Strategies and Business Mechanisms.
· Measure quantities and Bill of Quantities preparation.
· Preparation of Cost Plans and Value Engineering exercises.
· Preparation of Tender Documentation.
· Assist in preparation of monthly Valuations and Cost Control.
· Preparation of Variations.
· Assist in the preparation of Final Accounts and Cost Reconciliation reports.
· Liaise with Clients and Project Team.
The Quantity Surveyor
· A Quantity Surveying University Degree.
· At least 2+ years of experience.
· Fluent in Greek and English both written and oral.
· Excellent computer and MS Office skills.
· Keen to develop career.
