By integrating multiple payment service providers (PSPs) through a single interface, it allows companies to offer flexible, reliable, and efficient payment solutions to their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PSPs, serving as the main point of contact.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new PSPs to ensure smooth integration.
- Manage contracts with PSPs, ensuring all legal and regulatory standards are met.
- Track PSP performance and work with teams to improve outcomes.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand payment options.
- Share updates and insights on payment processes through presentations.
- Stay informed on payment industry trends and bring fresh ideas to improve the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with the product team to shape new payment features that fit the company’s goals.
- Work with the payment optimization team to boost transaction success rates and drive revenue.
- Analyze payment data to spot trends and provide feedback to PSPs for better performance.
- Build business cases for adding new PSPs, outlining benefits for revenue and customer experience.
