Job Title – Payments Specilaist
You will be responsible for:
- Locating and managing relationships with relevant payment service providers.
- Make sure our gateway is operating properly, while providing our merchants with relevant training and support.
- Gathering, reviewing, and evaluating essential API documentation collected from PSPs to ensure data completeness and accuracy that will translate to a seamless integration.
- Overseeing and managing integration processes (as well as QA) for PSPs and merchants. emphasizing the accuracy of data submitted while communicating with the relevant onboarding departments of the solution.
- Offering guidance and assistance to merchants to help them fulfill all necessary prerequisites for them to be able to process payments properly.
- Cultivating positive and enduring relationships with clients/merchants, leaving a favorable impression of the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Demonstrated expertise with a Payment Service Provider (PSP) or payment orchestration platform, and/or technical knowledge of financial services.
- Proficiency in comprehending technical documentation and adeptness in liaising with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational prowess.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple onboarding processes concurrently.
