My client, a leading organisation in the financial sector, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to expand their institutional client base and deliver exceptional financial solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential institutional clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the institutional segment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences and drive product improvements based on client feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Regularly update management on sales activities, forecasts, and progress against targets.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in FinTech, Private Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, or the Insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives products, trade finance, and portfolio optimisation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex financial products and client needs.
- Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus (Russian is preferred).
