We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer to join Brainsome. Brainsome is a Cyprus-based company that has been operating in the U.S. market since 2014.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create creatives for advertising campaigns on Facebook and TikTok platforms
- Develop concepts and ideas for advertising materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback and improve approaches
- Prepare and set up statistics for advertising campaigns
Your Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Experience as a Creative Designer in Affiliate Marketing or GameDev
- Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (including working with components and auto layout)
- Experience creating advertising creatives for Facebook and TikTok
- Deep understanding of basic design principles: composition, typography, color theory, etc.
- Knowledge of technical requirements for advertising creatives on different platforms
- Understanding of trends and current practices for creatives on Facebook and TikTok
- English level B2 and above
An advantage will be:
- Experience with Motion Design (After Effects)
- Experience working with AI tools in design
- Experience in the financial and services verticals
