Noemon Money Limited is a Cyprus-based Electronic Money Institution (EMI) currently undergoing approval with the Central Bank of Cyprus. The company is dedicated to providing reliable and efficient digital payment solutions, leveraging Cyprus’s position as a key link between Europe and global markets. Noemon Money prioritizes compliance with regulatory standards and aims to support businesses and individuals with secure and efficient payment services tailored to their needs.
Role Overview
The CEO shall exert overall control over the Company’s day-to-day affairs and the Company’s management, especially regarding the implementation of strategic objectives, and act as one of the persons who effectively direct its business. The CEO shall represent the Company to all government, regulatory, and professional bodies, except in cases where he/she is either absent or incapacitated and will be substituted by the second (four-eye principle) officer. Furthermore, the CEO shall monitor the proper execution of the procedures set in the internal operations manual and provide for the unencumbered execution of the duties of the Company’s employees.
More specifically, responsibilities include:
- Making major corporate decisions,
- Managing the overall operations and resources of a company,
- Acting as the main point of communication between the Board of Directors and corporate operations,
- Managing all operational finance activities covering accounts payable, receivables accounting, monitoring, and reporting,
- Setting policies for the operational processes to facilitate best practice,
- Participation in setting the strategic direction for the finance function,
- Development of financial management mechanisms that minimise cost whilst lowering overall process risk and lead on-going core accounting system development and enhancement,
- Management of the delivery of the internal and external financial reporting requirements on a timely and accurate basis,
- Technical support and expertise to the business, to ensure suitable accounting policies and controls are embedded into routine processes,
- Leading the production of the annual budget and estimates for the business, meeting both internal and external reporting requirements,
- Ensuring the financial stability of the business,
- Oversight of the Client Fund process, including segregation and reconciliation, and regulatory reporting,
- Maintaining initial and ongoing capital requirements in line with the regulatory requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in the field of financial markets and the management of a financial institution.
